from Many Meetings (fotr) - this theme is associated with Rivendell and Elrond in 'Fellowship': this is the music we hear immediately after Frodo meets Elrond, and we are introduced to the beauty of Rivendell.
from Evenstar (ttt) - this theme is associated with Aragorn and Arwen, and is also heard in the scene between Elrond and Arwen in 'Two Towers', when Elrond fortells Arwen's future. For lyrics go here
from Twilight and Shadow (rotk) - a variation on Evenstar. This music is heard in the scene between Elrond and Arwen in 'Return of the King', when Elrond realises, or accepts, that Arwen has chosen mortality. For lyrics, go here
from Anduril (rotk) - a variation on the Rivendell theme. This clip combines the music for Elrond's arrival in Dunharrow, the reforging of Narsil, and Elrond's presentation of Anduril to Aragorn.
